Tip #2 for fitting into your swimsuit this summer: Not enough time to workout? Even taking a walk during half of your lunch each day will help burn some calories and increase your heart rate. My Mom always walked for 30 minutes and then came back for the last half of her lunch break to actually eat her lunch. 30 minutes five days a week is a lot better than working out sparingly. Anything to help get you moving is better than nothing at all. Not only is it good to burn calories but taking a walk is a great way to relax and get rid of stress. Remember, stress can cause weight gain too!
